HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your order’s journey.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t make changes. Please double-check all details before completing checkout.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If your purchase isn’t quite right, we accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance item.
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but once we receive your return, we’ll issue an online store credit — no expiry — so you can grab anything you like, including a different size or style.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT NOW?
Our most popular pieces are often restocked within a few weeks. Sign up for restock notifications via email so you won’t miss out next time!
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN YOU FIX IT?
Contact us immediately at bazzlestore@outlook.com with your correct address. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll fix it. If it’s already on its way, unfortunately, we can’t make changes.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR SOMETHING FAULTY?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Email us at bazzlestore@outlook.com with your order number, the product name/code, and a photo of the item showing the issue — we’ll sort it out within 30 days of delivery.
I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE — CAN I STILL USE IT?
No worries! Email us at bazzlestore@outlook.com with your order number and promo code ASAP — we’ll do our best to apply it retroactively.
